Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All returned materials are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Boxes must be in original, factory-sealed, undamaged condition. Opened, used, or altered materials cannot be accepted.
Materials must be returned to one of Premier Floors’ designated distribution centers. (Location details will be provided upon request or at the time of return authorization.)
